Mandatory registration meetings for the 2009 - 2010 wrestling
season will be held on the following dates from 7 - 8 p.m. in the
James River High School library:
                              Wednesday 11/4/2009
                              Thursday     11/5/2009
                              Monday       11/9/2009

To maintain safe practices, insure high quality instruction and training of

both beginner and advanced wrestlers, NCYW will limit the number of
participants to approximately 50 wrestlers.  Our first priority will be to

make sure every past team member has a spot for the '09-'10 season.

In order to make sure no past team members get left out during the regular

season registration, we are implementing a pre-registration program.

Although anyone may pre-register, we are guaranteeing spots for past

NCYW members who pre-register by mail with a postmark NLT 10/24/09.

We will continue registering all other past team members and any other
interested youth after 10/24/09, on a first-come, first-serve basis, until we

reach maximum team capacity.  Walk-in sign-ups may be accepted at one of

the mandatory registration meetings on Wednesday, 11/4/2009, Thursday,

11/5/2009, and Monday, 11/9/2009.  All registrations will be held in the

library at James River High School.

Registration rates:

1 child:  $105

2 children (from the same family):  $195 ($97.50 per child)

3 children (from the same family):  $270 ($90 per child)

In addition $33.00 per child for the purchase of matching headgear, (yours

to keep).  If you have headgear from a previous year, you do NOT need

to purchase new headgear.

Fees cover USA card, use of team singlet, league fees, and team shirt.  Team

singlets will be provided for each child and must be returned at the end of the

We will offer a refund to anyone who opts out of our program or decides it

is not for them by the end of practice on November 19, 2009.
After that, due to the up-front costs associated with our expenses, our money will be

obligated and no refunds will be available.
